Jean Donaldson
Canine Play and Aggression

It is our distinct pleasure to announce that Jean Donaldson will be leading a weekend workshop on canine play and aggression in Cleveland October 25th and 26th, 2003. This excellent learning opportunity is for trainers, shelter staff / volunteers, veterinarians and veterinary staff and dog lovers with a keen interest in training and behavior. The CCPDT has approved this event for 11 continuing education units for Certified Pet Dog Trainers.

Jean Donaldson is perhaps the clearest thinker and most reasoned voice in the profession of dog training today.

Her book, The Culture Clash , quickly became the standard against which all other books on canine behavior were measured. It’s considered by many to be an instant classic.

Jean has written two other books, Dogs are From Neptune and MINE! A Guide to Resource Guarding in Dogs.

Jean Donaldson founded the San Francisco SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers where she is also an instructor. The Academy has earned international acclaim. Many dog training companies, including Dr. Ian Dunbar’s SIRIUS puppy training, require all their trainers be Academy graduates. No wonder it has become knows as the Harvard for dog trainers.

Jean has lectured extensively in North America and overseas. She has a black belt in Hung Gar Kung Fu.

North Coast Dogs LLC. is deeply honored to welcome Jean Donaldson to Cleveland for this exciting weekend of learning.
